Greg72 came over for a vist and took this pic of my truck so I thought I would share it here...
This is the side I floped at HollisterHills last summer. About a week or two ago I was slamin some beer and before I knew it I had a can of spraypaint in my hand and this is how it turned out hahahah totaly random and not planed but it hides the dents well.. Only this side is camo...I may do the rest of the truck...??

So what do you think? should I contiue with the rest of the truck or do something different...don't be shy tell me what you think!

It looks like a group of epileptic gang banger 'graffiti-artists' got a hold of your rig :D :haha: !!

Dude, your so bad...:thumb:

I'm a major hypocrite on this topic:

On one hand when I see a streetable 1st Gen. K5, I see a classic that should be parked in the formal living room right next to the Grande paino.

On the other hand I see a bada$$ rig that you ride hard and take it to it's limit. Reweld whatever fell or got torn off and duct tape the rest etc., etc.

When I first posted on this thread guess which of the above was I thinking :D ?!

hahahahah LOL:haha:
Too funny...ya I'm still on the fence about this one...I may just do the whole truck camo and if I hate it then rattle can it back to one color..a full camo rig kinda hides the bodylines and I really like the first gen look so I would hate to take away from that....

So what about a solid color?
Lets face it I wheel this rig as much as I can and I don't want a super paintjob I can't scratch....Rattlecan would be the easiest to repair...
With that thought are some colors easier to blend with a rattle can than others? Wich ones? Dark or light?
Now that my pass side is toast I can paint and repaint all I want....hehehee
So camo or solid?

Flopping it over a few more time will tend to mess them up too…just don’t ask how I know about that.:doah:

I’d do just what you said, go full on camo and if you don’t like it a new color is a few cans away. Just remember to drink about the same amount of beer before hand or the other side will turn out completely different.:wink1:

thats how I'm gonna do my jeep once I get the back cut up. just drink with some buddies and then see in the morning how it turned out

Restore the other side of the truck to like new, a concours quality restoration, while you leave the passenger side the way it is.

That hen **** brown looks good on your Blazer, but camo is always classie.

i don't know why i walked in here...but i haven't seen the word beer used so much, other than in my build up thread. lol. i actually dig the brown/camo job. i think it looks cool. but i'm not sure what cool is since i like 25" lifts, 20s, pink bumpers, and chrome.

What the hell does that mean?
I R COrnFUzed :eek1:

The brown bears a resemblance of a chicken turd, a color you don't see much of anymore, it looks "old school" especially on a first gen. However, camo is always in style, and carries a classy appearance regardless of the body style.
