?'s about 52" front spring swap shock length, limit straps, bump stops and shock hoops.

Since stock 52s get chewed up so fast, which im guessing is from overloading, what about taking 4 packs of 52s and adding a few leaves to your "running" pack. It would stiffen them up, and provide much more resistance to getting worn out so fast. Combined with bumps and straps it's possible they could last for awhile no problem.

I think I'm gonna go with 7 up front on the 52's and 9 in the rear 56's. No overload in either spring pack.
 
I've seen that people are using 14", 15" and 16" shocks. I'm trying to figure out which length I should go with...

Worst case you can pull some if you don't like it

But I'm wondering if 7 in the front will interfere with the steering components on articulation
 
I'm not sure. I looked over that old thread and noticed that you had some issues with the overload.
 
I ended up with only running 5 in the rear. Anymore seemed too stiff
