In the East Coast and Mid-West it is unusual to see any nice old Chevy trucks driving around. In the South West, they are a dime a dozen. Here in Las Vegas, if I went out to take pictures of old Chevy trucks driving around, I would be out of film/memory in a couple of hours. :D

speaking of nice old trucks...my buddys uncle has two 69 i think longbeds...well today i drove by his house and saw one of his trucks out front....had probly a 6 inch lift and 35s maybe....and i slowly stopped and said hey whats up, when u do that....he said thats all you got(i was in my truck) and i said yea (and f**k you in my head) and sped off...it was really sweet looking tho

I took a trip to the Mid-West about a month ago, and because I am so used to seeing 20 to 30 year old American cars and trucks driving around Las Vegas reguraly, I was shocked to see that there where almost no cars or trucks more than 10-years old driving around. I guess rust killed them all.

I know its a shame. When ever I see an old car driving I have to stare and try to find out why that car escaped the scrap heep.

Oh! 2 summers ago i almost bought a 75 Blazer (full converable  ) the thing needed $4k in body work to get rid of the rust. The guy said that there is only 5 other 75 K5s registered in Massachusetts. He got that info from a friend at the DMV.
