saw this on ebay.... your thoughts

im very curious as to how much flex is in the front with a ladder bar type front suspension
wheres the pivot lay your sun glasses on the table and lift one arm (of the sun glasses) and the other side will follow so im a little confused

There is flex in it. But not like a 3 or 4 link. That truck was not built for flex. It is a pre runner. Built to go fast smoothly. Would fit into the CK5 go fast smooth ride section of this site.

as a "pre runner" would you smash through the desert going 80-90 mph in this thing?..........I wouldn't, bj Baldwin's loki is the only successful K5 pre runner I've seen, now a couple simple changes, like a 9" front axle, ditch the radius arm front suspension for a 4 link setup, and a full cage...... for such a bad ass stroker motor, I'd like to see pics of that too

That truck is worth every bit of 31k

The biggest obstacle to the sale is that no bank would ever loan that kind of money for a "Blazer"... The seller is basically hoping someone can afford to pay cash for a nice sand toy.

You guys who think the listing was a typo (31K instead of 13K) are ridiculous.

Have you seen wades? Ten bolt front, 9" rear

31K for a turn-key pre runner isn't a bad deal, especially with the spendy parts and all the work that's in that truck. In all reality though, that truck is way too nice to race and risk messing it up. The market for that is pretty limited, most people that race are probably going to build their own.

Basically they're hoping for someone who wants a cool-looking pavement princess and can come up with 31K up front.

Or they are looking for someone who sees the value in that truck. 31k is a decent deal for all that has been done, and top notch to boot.

Also note the race numbers on the windshield. :thumb:

I still don't understand why there's no cage in the front half? Seems like a bunch of work done, but then they stop short

The body on that rig also appears to be in very great shape. Idk if people are seeing the value in that as well...

That would make a great silver lake dune toy. Tons of very nice rigs out here that get beat on, but not much risk of body damage if you don't run into someone else, or a stump.

That rig is exactly what I want to build. A nice rig, with 3 link front, 4 link rear and coilover resi's. And full vert :)
