talk about being done right. if i ever get my chance to do a first gen body swap onto my m1009, i can only hope i can get close to that clean of a build. well done sir.

what kind of front springs are those?

The sticker on the leaf says "Offroad Design"....

I suspect that's a clue :D

They look a lot like the one's Stephen designed for me a long time ago (multileaf, military wrap, VERY flexible, offset springpin). There aren't many choices for the 1st Gen Blazers, so a custom spring is often the best choice.

Yep what he said ,Nailed it

guess i wasn't aware they made their own springs...

Well to be accurate, ORD doesn't "make" the springs, they design the pack thickness, number of leaves, etc, etc and then send their complete specification to Alcan down the street who actually builds them to match their design...

All that and only $600 and change. I think, can't remember exactly. Hopeing they will be worth it. Kinda wish I would of got some longer ones now that I took the old ones off and put new on. I thought moving the shackle mount would of been more difficult. O-well they are going to be great compared to what I had.

wow. my '06 ford isn't that clean. i wouldn't know what to do with something that clean.

Damn sexy motor ya got there. Nice build too. I really would like to just pull the body off my K5 too. Don't really have the room. Killer job man. Keep posting pics.

Nice. Really nice. Your a local South County guy too. I'm in Laguna Hills. Nice to see another K5 on the roads here, can't wait to see it on the road. We should try and get all of us local guys together and do an OC meet once a month to bull****.
