Sorry for newbie question but never put to much attention of shock valving so whats the difference on valving and whats good for different applications need some for my 88 burb has 8" lift with d60 front and 14bolt rear.thanks

Not trying to be a smart ass, but im sure there are some good illustrations on YouTube that would explain it better than someone typing it all up. Its pretty complicated actually.
