what the going rate for extruded aluminum in your area? ive got a bunch around here that im taking to the scrap yard tommorow, and im just curious how much ill get out of it. /forums/images/graemlins/hack.gif

In illinois I got about 60 cents per pound of scrape aluminum

i went three weeks ago and it was 40 cents,a couple days ago a customer said it was 50. steel is still .02 cents. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gifto /forums/images/graemlins/truck.gif

At work we're getting about 60 cents per pound. The last check from the scrap guy was almost $2000 /forums/images/graemlins/woot.gif

The beer fridge at work is pretty damn full now...

i know cast aluminum is 45 cents in the cities, here locally its 35 cents, small town, im getting ready to take in 9 aluminum wheels to springfield for scrap money here in a few hours, really nice wheels but i cant find anyone who wants them so off to scrap they go /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
