Screw the chrome cover. Riddler or Razorback diff cover?

You can't go wrong with any of them. It is all in what you prefer.

Has anyone addded anything to thiers to protect the bolt heads? I know mine take a beating. I have had to drill the heads off to get the cover off before.

If my Blazer ever saw any rock action I'm sure it would have Kert's stuff on it.

Just can't go wrong...

Fortunately sand and desert doesn't punnish diff covers much! :waytogo:

Another vote for Kert, I don't have his diff covers yet but have quite a few of his other products and everything is super stout and well built.

Like Eric said, I also prefer to support a shop that's actually active on all of CK5 instead of just the vendor forum.

As for Kert's warranty. I bought a set of disc brake brackets from him a few months ago. One of them had the holes for the caliper pins off by a hair, and the pins wouldn't thread into the hole. I called him up, and he shipped me another one. No questions asked.

P.S. Kert, if you are reading this, I just took that one out of the box yesterday and installed it. It worked fine. I have the old one packaged up for you, and it will ship as soon as the UPS guy shows up here. Sorry about the delay, that Suburban kind of got put on the back burner.

I ordered his D60 front w/ram assist, I have also ordered quite a few parts from him and will have to say that his prices are competitive with the other companies. As far as craftsmanship, support, and service I say he is one of the best I have ever dealt with.

Kert's flatback covers are 3/8"...ring and cover plating. I had him put a fill plug in mine....love em, fit great, and just can't imagine hurting them.

I've got Kerts cover on my rear and the ruffstuff cover on the front. Both have taken some decent abuse. The front took a direct hit to a boulder at about 3-5 mph and only scratched the paint. I'm not sure a cast cover could have taken that. I've also got fill plugs on mine.
