:eek1: what a difference. Like everybody else, I made a video :haha:

I kinda did it wrong, I thought I had enough to kill it at the end but I didn't. O well, it did make a difference.

At idle it was running kinda ruff. When it went through emissions it had a good amount of carbon build up in it, the truck received a score of 21 out of 44 allowed. It smoothened out my idle and I'm hoping it lowers the carbon build up, but my next emissions test isn't for a few years.

That whole video and you didn't even give us a smokey burnout at the end. I don't believe it made any difference.:haha::haha:

So how are you using it? It looks like you just poured the entire can, slowly, into the carb while playing with the gas?

LOL i got 3.08's and 31's it can't burn out if I tried to save my life. I poured it slowly down the carb.

Note to self DONT BUY SEAFOAM AGAIN UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY A NEW CARB

Try sucking it in through the brake booster's vacuum line. That's what you do on fuel injected engines.

That said I'm not a fan of the stuff anymore. Did fog out my neighbor's house with it and my old Snapper lawnmower though...

I thought the directions said to pour it in the gas tank.

Different ways to use it...can pour it in the gas tank, the crankcase, or through a vacuum line, depending on what you want it to clean.

I would think everything. Treat the gas, clean the injectors, and try to remove some carbon from the valves and piston tops would be the best idea. I guess it's one of those quicker fixes Vs long team treatments.

That reminds me of the time we poured ATF down the Edelbrock in my Royal Monaco's 360 , except mine was waaaaaaaaay smoky . All our neighbors came out ( it was like 9pm LOL ) and my buddy ended up tapping one of the neighbor ladies eventually :thumb:

Seafoam rules... I can't tell ya how many boats I resurrect with that stuff....

Berrymans has a cleaner that is like that. We used it in the crankcase & fuel of my buddies Waggy w/360 V8. It helped a little bit to clean out the gunk.

My buddy had to drop the pan on his 460 after he used it in his crankcase, it knocked big chunks of stuff loose.:haha:

I basically spray painted a wall with carbon shooting out of the exhaust, I think the stain is still there.:doah:
