seat belt help

I am trying to figure out how the retractable seatbelts go back in to my 1974...

When you turn them upside down, one has a flat bottom, the other has an angled bottom.

The screw hole is nearer to one end...not sure where which one goes or what is upside or down?

if 73 is the same its like this ,they mount right under the trim strip for the back carpet. the up side is when the bottom of the coke can looking thingy is up.

so if i look at the passenger side flat side towards door ,coke can bottom up,taper points towards console.when you pull out on belt it unwinds clock wise.

driver side has flat side toward seat,coke can bottom up,taper pointing towards driver door,seat belt pulls out and unwinds clockwise.

I pull the belts out and the tag says DAAL #9401 then 37-H- 72 on the right so passenger belt. DAAL #9400 G-H-73 on the left so i guess there is a right and left. see if that makes sense to you.

i guess i could unbolt them if you can`t figure out which is which.
