Someone posted that fine example of top notch fab work awhile back, it was for sale on CL, down south somewhere IIRC, I think its a 5.3 truck, there were a bunch of pictures pulled from the add in that thread as well.

I remember makin a post about it on chevytruckworld.com(dunno if that sites still around ) a couple years back, I seen that it had sold. Some pic's appeared of it being used to give people rides in the back at stadium shows i recall as well
