I'm not sure what is a fair price. Input would be great, and if anyone in the DFW area is interested- Brotherhood gets first dibs. Haven't posted it on craigslist just yet.
Good condition. Windows are tinted, do not open. The guy I bought it from told me he was planning to paint it. Right now it's white- probably needs some finishing work. Have the seal- also in good condition.
