Looks like my new toy is over on most of the height laws.

My headlights are at 57" and the max 54". The max frame height is 30", and the lowest point of the frame is at 31". Whoops.

well most of my friends truck are illagal.

That reminds me I got pulled over a while ago in a corrupt little town, the cop was saying that my tires where sticking 2 inches past the fenders (it only sticks out maybe an inch) he was also saying that my window tint was too dark, he gave me a warning. lol

I like california laws, how you can not have a body lift past 5 inches. they need to make it less so people cant stack the spacers

That is really good information. I already knew through research that I couldn't go over 26" from the lowest longitudinal frame point, but didn't know that the body lift could not exceed 3". It also reads that any vehicle with modified frame height must have mud flaps, but the law states that only vehicles with modified suspension need to have them. Since my suspension is stock, and my tires are taller than stock, I don't have to have mud flaps, although I am sure some drivers would appreciate if I added them.

I might get some rear mud flaps just be curtious to other drivers, Saturday when i drove up a really steap hill, i was throughing snow about 30 feet behind me.

yeah people hate me after i go wheeling,, my truck looks like i drove through a sewage center (if i got pulled over they really wouldn't know what color it is if i didn't wipe any of the mud off) that or that my 4.25 backspacing with 37x14 iroks kicking mud chunks out isn't appreciated..
