thats what i was going to suggest
make you shackles like this l-l with the center piece laying flat to keep it from hitting the frame...it almost looks like when you did the 52" swap you may have not put the front hanger back on exactly square with the world! that would cause the springs to not be parralel with the frame and could cause this, but if you make sure to fab up your h shackles perfect both sides at exact same length and get the center squared up and keep it that way, it would help by not letting the shackle lean, but then again if front hangars arent lining your springs up paralel with the frame the h shackle will just start eating the shackle bushings

It seems like your axle isn't locating right side-to-side.
