Shackles? Filpped. (pics of course)

Got around to doing my shackle flip. I dig it, it looks mean. That's a little more like it. Tomorrow if it doesn't rain I'll lift the front so the truck doesn't look so confused. Right now it's saying,
Am I a stock truck?
Am I a lifted truck?
Maybe I'm a drag car.

Ignore the scissor jack in the second pic. I only used it to stabilize the spring.

....and if need be, you can pull the bolts out without dropping the tank

Other than that, doesn't it feel great to finally have the truck rest on its own weight?

There is just enough clearance. And this way, I have room to swing the hammer if they need some persuasion.
We have smilies for cutting, welding, and grinding but no hammering.
