Shake, Rattle and roll!!!

Okay not so much rolling, but there is def some shaking and rattling!

I am referring to the rear window area, is there anyway to quite that thing down like it most likely was from the factory?

That is my guess anyways as to what is making all the rukus..

edit: After thinking about it i realized that im not giving enough information, perhaps i should record a video in action.
