Shift Linkage Hardware

Does anyone know where you can get the hardware that connects to the shift linkage down at the trans and frame rail. I believe there is supposed to be some cupped washers a spring and not sure what else. Mine has disintegrated and is completely missing less one plastic cupped washer.

Thanks for the find..... I assume the metal washer goes up against the bracket to allow the spring to seat?
