Shipping rears....Who should i use to ship

I shipped a 10-bolt rear end from here to their terminal in Tyler, Texas for $142 via ABF Freight. I built a crate around it, so that it would be rolling around inside the truck, then dropped it off at their truck terminal here. Truck freight prices also go much higher if the delivery on the other end is to a home address. It's usually at least $25 cheaper to pick it up at their terminal than to have it home delivered. /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif

Most trucking companies have special rates for their regular customers, so don't be shocked at the first rate that they quote you. /forums/images/graemlins/yikes.gif After they give you the rate, ask them what discounts are available. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
