Hey all, please forgive my ignorance. But I'm looking for a good shock setup for my 70 k5. I have 6" tuff country springs that came with the truck and seem to be doing well. But the shocks are hammered. I want to be able to hit the sand dunes efficiently and be able to hit some trails to. (still trying to make it to BB07) So I want something that will travel and articulate. I found a set of Kings at a great price, but I'm not sure that they'll work because the fronts are shorter than the backs. If I went with a hoop in the front, wouldn't all 4 shocks have to have the same travel? These were obviously bought for a IFS truck originally. Since I'm straight axle (1 ton) what's my best bet? I'd like to have a setup like that Doestch install but maybe w/ some reservoirs? Any ideas?
