Like Kenny said, the front shock tabs go in the same location as they did on the 10bolt.
The rear, you can just buy tabs like the ones I listed and weld them wherever you want, as long as they are in-line with the upper mount. On top of the axle, below the axle, 90deg to the axle (3 or 9 o'clock position)...doesn't matter. Shock will perform the same in any of these configurations.
A couple of things to be aware of though - with short shock tabs, like the ones I posted, you can't really mount it below the axle because the body of the shock will hit the axle. Factory used longer offset tabs to mount the shocks low. That brings up the other thing. I mounted mine along the axle centerline (3 &9 o'clock). You have to remember that this is about 3-4" higher than the original lower shock mount. You have to account for that in shock length or you will bottom them out under compression.
