how many of you guys have done the socks of off a f350? there was another post about it and im going to try it.

Do you mean the shocks themselves or the mounting brackets?

need to get me a vice using a c-clamp sucks!! squished my fingers twice!!

I've got them on the rear of mine with the DIY4X inboarding kit. I need to change out the fronts, but they seem to work pretty well out back.

Hey! Since you are in LBK, do you know of any hard tops laying around? I need a new driver's side window for mine, but they don't make the glass anymore. Used set up only.

Later,
Buddy

drove it today after i fixed a u-joint that ate itself, what a difference it makes,I get the ones on the front and this thing will ride like a dream.(for what it is)

Ive heard of putting ford shocks on blazers, why? Whats the benefit?

Stock sizes for certain model/years of Fords are sized to fit our trucks with a lift and might be cheaper than buying a "performance" aftermarket shock for the lift.
