Shop build. HEAT!

Yah I need to do one for a charging station. I will have some specific lighting over the bench area, that will have a separate switch .

The in cabinet lighting I'm not sure how to do. I might just run some wires to a box about that height and call it good. I wish I had a bunch of cabinets to install right now but I don't.

I have sat down out there and pondered some, now if I could just quit pondering and make up my mind!
I can build some for you on site.... 1/2" B/C ply,2x2 and whatever you want to use for counter tops. I couldn't get down there for at least a week or so but I have everything here to do it.

I'm outta money this go round. Could probably scare some up for wood but time and fuel I couldn't. But I will feed ya lol. And I like to eat good

Slowly working. Got most of 2 walls worth of wire ran.

Sorry pic is from my chair in which I am taking a break.

More info. 12 gauge wire 5 outlets on each breaker 20 amp breakers. Plus my 6 gauge wire for the welder. Got a bit more to run on that wall but not much.

Might have to wait till this weekend for J boxes and ceiling stuff haven't been doing too good on the ol ladder climbing

Make sure you leave atleast 6” of wire hanging out of the box when you terminate to be up to code. Incase you ever sell the place.

Yah code bout that lol.

On external structure no real code inspection done in Wyoming. If you do it yourself no need for a permit at least in my county. But it is being done correctly

@LNielson and @ashman

Josh and Lane both came to help me out today. We got a ton of stuff done!

Day started out not good. Low tire on the burb didn't like the 50 some odd sheets of sheetrock. Hmmm no problem. Drop the trailer Josh and a guy at Ace can continue loading. I'll go fill the tire up. Handle for the jack on the trailer proceeds to break right off. But only about an 1/8 of the way off the ball. Well strapped down the sheetrock we had ( I think only 40 sheets or so) drove slow to the gas station down the road fill it on up. Back to the hardware store. Finish loading. By this time Lane had been out my house hanging out for probably 20 minutes.

Back out my house we get going on stuff. Man it was seeming like it was gonna take way more time. I had previously put a couple sheets of sheetrock up in order to get a working garage door. Getting around those wasn't bad but did take a bit of time. Then we got going and by dang we started flying! Helps when it's a joke a minute. But we got in a rhythm and we're just cruising along. By dang we got it done I think around 5 or so. We worked on it for about 7 hours I think.

Last piece going in!

Done! You can see the access hole in that pic.

Lane had to go. Could not have done it without him.

Currently Josh is in the attic running all the wires for lights

Hard to see but those are wires poking out there.

Still not done for tonight running wires.

But progress is Uuuuge

Looks like you're about ready for long sleeves and dust masks. Fiberglass insulation is Fuuuuuuuuunnn.

****in game on, Brother. You needed a win and got one. :saweet:

Here’s to the Brotherhood for pulling through, Rock on, fellas. Literally! Lol

Very much so Lane and Josh killed it today. I feel like I couldn't have made as much progress by myself in a week as the three of us did in just a day.

Cellulose blow in insulation in the attic. Eazy peazy. Just a good dust mask. Never had much of an issue wirh it. All my fiberglass insulation is batts, never made me itchy.

I made it home just in time. Sorry I had to bail on you, great day today. Plenty of laughs and good honest manual labor. Fun to see your shop come together. It’s going to be sweet Eric.

Couldn't have done it without your mad skillz!

looks good. The only code violation I saw was Josh's shorts

Careful he threatened to put on short shorts. No one wants to see that

Josh and I got up this morning and ran a bit more wire. Got almost all the wire pulled.

But tomorrow I think it's mostly gonna be yardwork if I can move lol.

Gonna try to start on the lights too

Are you taping that ceiling before you hang your lights?

Organizing and stapling wires up is not something I enjoy too much I have decided.

Also you guys with perfectly organized and laser straight wires inside your breaker box must know something I don't.

Mine isn't awful. Way better than my house one. But still working on it
