Don't be hatin just because you're a "machine it plus or minus .001" kinda guy and we're "get the 8 pounder, beat it to fit, paint it to match" kinda guys.

What did the lift run you? Particular reason you chose that style of lift? Just curiosity of the tool guy.

$5200 delivered and installed. It's very expensive compared to others out there but I felt it was a superior design. And since I'd be the one standing under it I wanted the best that I could afford.

Do you mean two post or four post? As you know the two posts take up far less room than four post and that is why I went with a two post.

I would want some sort of support bar across the top.

I'd say they were 5" long 3/4" diameter. The concrete is 6" 4000psi with fiber. 4" required minimum.


None of them have a "support bar" across the top. What you see is a cover for a cable.
