Shop Space

i was looking at some shop space today in socal. some places had decent rates, others were a $1 a square ft. found one near my house 3000sqft for 1500 a month.

Ours has a boxing ring, body shop, vending machine guy. My brother builds window well covers in one. They do not care.

That's awesome. I think the management here just sucks.

i never had anyone complain yet.i try not to work past 9 on weekdays or 10 on weekends.i think maybe they are scared to cause trouble because im a tattood thug lookin dude.who knows.if anyone has said anything its because of backyard bbqs with fireworks.that gets the cops over pretty quick.lol.but i guess not having any limits does have advantages also.this was my 200 dollars more a month upgrade to the 3 car garage.around here in pa garges go for 50 to 100 dollars a month.anything with enough workspace and electric around 2 to 400 dollars for single space with maybe a few feet around it.
