well no pics of the frame, its shortened 10" in the middle and all the overhang cut off. The bed is shortened 27" and it has a surprise I will post pics of that when we get the other side done

it has 63s in the back. and 57s in the front. rears are from a 95 half ton and the fronts are from a 79 one ton with about half the leaves removed

kind of looks like the rear tires are gonna rub some. 
what determined where you hung the springs? it looks like the hangers you made sit in a lot more then stock ones. is it a 1 ton rear with the stock perches?

what did you get the 64s out of? I got mine from a 1/2 ton truck and they are only 2 leaf +overload, yours look like 5 leaf + overload. How well do they perform?
