I humbly submit mine:
'76 K10 Shortbed "Scottsdale"
As I bought it:
350/TH350/D44/12b/3.73s/4" Rancho lift/35s
For 5 years, I've saved up for and put together a CUCV D60, 14FF with a Detroit, 4.56 gears, and bought a pile of ORD and DIY4X mods for it. Then 2 summers ago, I tore it down and...
-sold the bed, my 35s, and the dual saddle gas tanks
-fabbed some crossmembers and installed a 31 gallon Blazer tank
-installed the tons
-crossover steering
-did the 52/56 spring swap
-took a stab at fabbing my own flatbed
Here it is during "reconstructive surgery" 2 summers ago, pre-flatbed
Here it is during flatbed construction. I was bleeding the air out of the power steering system that day.
*** please excuse the inverted shackle. I've since fixed it with a longer one.
This past summer, it was finally "driveable"; (I use that term loosely). -Driveline vibes, cupped tires, no front alignment yet, death wobble from no steering stabilizer, and my NP203's front output bearing is about shot I think. Needless to say, I didn't drive it far.
