Shrunken Ned...

PICTURES!!!!!!!!!

Not much to see..It was pouring rain all day. we are switching all over to the Ford FIU suv's and they needed to do some training in order to CYA. The back half of the track was covered in goose poop from the gazillion Canadian geese who winter around there and hangout on the grass around the track...goose poop and pouring rain make for not the best traction. I like the Fords all wheel drive but they arnt as fast as the Chevy Caprices. Although the twin turbo FIU absolutely screams. (we have 1 of those). We ran some hot laps around the track. Drove around in the skid cars (cars with wheeled hydraulic jacks on all four corners. you can lift the corners or front/back to make the front light/rear heavy ect. to induce a skidding situation and practice driving thru it.) Then we practiced P.I.T.ing cars with the new FIUs and drove a backing course. Mainly using the rear backup camera because once we throw a cage and aluminum boxes in the back you cant out the back if you wanted too. I tried to hit a goose for dinner but it didn't happen.

The goose poop is slick even when the track is dry. I have had geese walk across the track while making laps at a hpde track day. Sounds like you had a fun day

Dude that's sick! You guys have a twin turbo one?!?! I wish we got something fast. We're just starting to get the v6 chargers

WHP has a pretty wide variety. They are supposed to be going with the “slicktop” chargers from here on out. The car I rode in the other day was an awd V8 charger. I was shocked to hear what the top speed is though... They retired all the camaros in the 90s because they were too fast but now they have a 4 door sedan that tops out at 150! Here’s what the slicktops look like.

We tried the chargers. Very fast cars but they just couldn't hold up to city work. The way Dodge designed thier unibody also made it impossible to mount a PIT bumper on the car that could take any kind of abuse.

What's a Ford FIU? Interceptor version of the Taurus I assume?

Ordered 4 reservoirs...The only thing left is inner airlocks or coyotes and then I have officially finished the list of Ned parts

Took out the front seats and started cutting the pass thru for the shoulder belts. Got one done and then took a sandwich break
