Shrunken Ned...

not too bad, I went slow. didn't want to cut the hole too big and be screwed..directions said use a drill and a utility knife to cut the plastic back of the seat..forget that, I'd still be cutting and probably be short a finger or getting stitches right now..plastic backside of those seats is like 1/4 inch thick..got the dremil out instead, made short work of it..when you do yours don't take any of the foam out. direction pics show cutting the foam but thats not for RZR seats. They type that but you could miss it if your not paying attention. You just do a single cut thru the foam.

gonna try hard to make sure that doesnt happen. Pretty sure I used up all my luck with the missing oil pump rod and the rear radiator water flow drama

Really strong u-joints are expensive. I've been using the Yukon super joints the last 5 years or so and they haven't missed a beat. Grease them often and they'll serve you well!

thx Chris, I remembered you talking about them a while back and Chris Perry talking about how well the hubs have worked out for him. all that factored into it for sure.

yeah..I would say those are a must have for RZR sets...thx for finding them..the second one went in like butter

back in Feb I ordered piggyback external reservoirs for my ORI's....figured that would be practical and I'd have something new for BB... Then ORI decided to redesign them...well I got them yesterday in the mail..longest I've ever waited for paid car parts. now they look exactly like the integral reservoirs.

So random update. Eric @blazinzuk and I will be out in Portlandia aka Gresham doing some work on this on the 26th of April until about the 4th of May if anyone wants to come and help, chat, feed us Little Caesars just about anything.

We will be redoing the cage, get it running, front axle shafts and other misc. unnamed as of yet stuff.
