Single ended full hydro cylinder?

Is anyone running full hydro steer with a single ended ram? Wondering how you like it. How responsive and such. I can't see myself spending the $$ on a double ended but a single ended with an upgraded factory pump, or maybe a new pump and nice valve I could see.

The guy that started that thread is running full hydro and the pics definitely look like it's a single ended ram, might wanna shoot him a PM or something.
