My slider vents have gone loose on me. The tiny screws on the mounts are near impossible to move. I already tweaked 2 small screwdrivers, and a screw trying to turn them. Iv'e squirted some penetrator on em a few times without success.

Any sugestions?

you talking about on the hard tops? you could drill those screws out (using an extractor kit, you drill a reverse thread drill bit into the head of the screw and it rips the old one out) and replace them with stainless.

Yes, Removable top vent windows...

I know I can drill em out. My main concern is to stop the vents from flopping around. Is there a bushing or something that keeps the vents tight while they are adjusted? Are the small screws what keeps the vents tight? Any help would be appreciated.
