Slip yoke eliminator kit Q

Just how exactly does it eliminate the slip yoke on the NP241? Does anybody know of any reviews on the internet about it? Where can you get one?

I myself have been thinking of doing this with my NP241. I know of a couple of people on this forum that have made there own slip yoke elimimator kits. I think i am gonna buy a kit from JB Conversions.

They only make one for the NP241 because its so simular to a Jeep T-case. Sorry...
