SM465 Lean switch

Does anyone know anything about a 4th gear lean switch that was used in 87 and up, TBI injection truck with SM465 trannys? Am installing a 81 sm465 in a 89 blazer and would like to wire it to a toggle on the dash so that I can have this option.

excuse my noobiness but what is a lean switch? I ran a quick search on ck5 and this is all that came up and this forums been round over 10 years lol. I googled it and it mentioned something about shutting off nitrous if the fuel/air mixture becomes too lean. but running nitrous on a offroad vehicle is rare mainly for offroad drag races only from what ive seen in which case i would think a 465 would be a poor drag racing manual transmission due to the big gaps in its gearing.

About 1/2 way down right above where it goes into output shafts.

looks like some kind of a overdrive/cruise control option. Unfortunately i cant help you here but im sure others can chime in on this for you. Interesting option, Subbed
