SM465/NP203 vs. SM465/NP205 - Same Tranny?

I have a line on a SM465/NP203 setup to use for a doubler. I already have another 10-spline SM465/NP205 setup sitting in the garage. Can I use the tranny I already have, and bolt up the NP203 and adapter? Is there anything different between the trannys?

As long as they are both 10 spline outputs they will be identical. Around '84/85 they changed the SM465 to 32 spline output though with the NP205, but they are rare.
