I really dig the 79....now about those hubcaps....Martin, can you post up some pics of the K20/K30 caps to see the differences?

See how the hub cab center hole flares out. Almost all the way to the lockout? On the K20's it doesnt do that its flat.

A K20 has a much smaller hole, and no cone.

K30 caps are pretty damn rare. K20 caps are every where. Think Dana 60 to 8 lug Dana 44's and GM 10 bolts.

OK, I see it now! Ive seen a few of the K20's bored out to fit, and never realized there was a specific K30 cap....makes ya wonder why GM just didn't make the hole bigger on the K20's
 
Because the hub on a K20 is much smaller. Plus it doesn't stick out near as far from the wheel mounting surface.

Hard miles though, it spent its first 15 or so years logging steep ground in South East Alaska and British Columbia , after that it was on a mining claim near Fairbanks Alaska , and for the last 10 yrs its been parked as the owner worked on the North Slope with me
 
Picked this one up today, 91 6.2 700r4 78,000 miles factory peeler paint perfect silverado interior ( another damn blue interior ) overall pretty nice truck . Not sure if its gonna be parts or my new DD

Yep , the brown burb has a tan interior in it.

Which tan I dont mind so much , for me its Red or frighin blue
