kert do you have any interest in doing something similar to this for my 07 but with out mounts, I would have to get some numbers, that or can you do custom plate work for me and I could built it to make it work?

i know that it would be tuff with out the truck there.

I Have to hesitate on this one. Tried this on a couple in the past and it is exceedingly difficult.

Do you have ways to create .dxf files? If so that is a huge step in the direction we need to go!:wink1:

I can't wait to see your intalled pics., Dan. Then I'll know just how it'd look on mine. ;)

The shippers said it will be here early next week. I am travelling for work early in the week, but should have them in my hands by Friday.

I will take plenty of pictures for you all. :)

I have them in my garage now, and they are IMPRESSIVE! Incredible workmanship, and attention to detail. And from the looks of them, I could cruise through oak trees without sustaining damage. :)

I need to get some Shackles for them though. Anyone have a good recommendation for where to get some good, strong shackles? I don't wants something iffy, I want something strong and safe. Any good online retailers?

Thanks!

early or late 05, the frame changed. or at least some brackets changed. arb offersa bumper but they do not have brackets that work on the later 05 to 07 years

I am not sure what is the change but they dont have a bumper, a salesman may tell you so but talk to a tech and they say no

BUILDING AS fast as Humanly possible! Thanks guys!

Wow, that has to be the beefiest, best built, most asethetically pleasing, most functional pair of bumpers I have ever seen. Love the grey, too. I was planning to do mine black, but now, hmmm, yours look so good I'm not so sure anymore. I gotta find some $$ for the burb fund and get those ordered. Congrats on some sweet bumpers, Dan. Kert, you did it again. :waytogo:

Had one in the shop for the suspension stuff but had to return it to its owner. More for space in the shop than anything else. How soon you want to do something?

We've done matching rears for this now! Hope to have some pictures soon! Customer should just about have it mounted by now.

How tall is the front bumper in the center area? Also how tall is it at the ends?

kert I wish you would make something for the newer trucks, lots of iddiots out there just waiting to spend money on them..I think it everytime I see a 5000.00 lift on a 06 and a wimpy stock bumper.

go rent a u-haul or enterprise truck for the day and ruff out a templet

Don't tell him that! If that took off he wouldn't have any time to produce hard core wheeling parts for the rest of us!
