Yes Wayne...I found another job. It's farther from home, pays much less and has a brutal shift rotation. All the shifts are 10 hours and everyone works a mix of days and afternoons....sometimes in the same week. /forums/images/icons/confused.gif
It pays the bills and they treat me alright so I shouldn't complain too much though.

The picture thing (pics *in* a post) keeps coming up again and again. I just want to add (again) that pics showing up inside a post doesn't need to cost CK5 a single cent. Members could get the ability to cross link pics from other sites and have them show up in the post as a pic, not as a link to a pic. Right now, the pics in posts is for everyone because the forum sofware does not allow me to set those things by groups, I have asked the authors to do that but that might be a while, I am thinking about hiring a programmer that could do this that is very familar with the forum software, just have to find out how much he charges, of course as soon as I do this it will be standard in the next release or something.
My next upgrade is going to be the gallery software and it will be integradded with the forum passwords so that will make life easier for everyone, I could even offer a plan like 10meg per month for 10.00 per month but not sure how much interest would be there because you could get that plan anywhere.
