OK I just reread Twiz's post. Webshots cant be used? Twiz your side pic is from Webshots isnt it? Howd you get that to work? I read somewhere that Webshots can be used if you delete something in the addy.
 
I tried Webshots for the side pic, and to make a long story short- it's not there now
Takeing JPG off the end of the adddy doesn't work either.

The Gallory kinda turned into mini-web sites anyway.
 
steve maybe you should make a post so people dont try to post pics in the forums from the gallery so it dont cost you extra bandwidth /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

Yep, looks like that works, at least till the host's limit is reached. Just right click on the image and choose properties. You'll see a full URL to the image itself rather than the wrapper page. Use the mouse to select that URL, copy it to the clipboard, and past it in the "image" tags like this.

Hmmm, it was working for me earlier when I made the post. I thought maybe you had reached the limit on webshots. But, I pasted the URL into an open browser and got the pic. Beats me. Oh well, I tried. Best bet is ditch webshots and set up your ISP storage...
 
Aha! I can see it again in this post! Yours works too. Once I opened it in another window, it was in my cache so my browser didn't go to webshots to get it. End result, it only works if you have already viewed the pic before trying to view it on CK5. Obviously webshots *is* blocking cross links. Sorry...
 
Your webbrowser probably loaded the pic from your computer rather than from the webshots site. Once you had been to the Webshots site the computer had a copy of the picture in the cache.
