So, you want a lifted tow rig?

I'm all for lifted tow rigs but that thing looks gay! /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

/forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif That's actually pretty sweet. I like the HUGE rims and tractor-trailer tires...at least this guy isn't claiming it is a mean off-road rig by slapping on the cliche Boggers. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

How would you go about mounting 10 bolt semi rims onto a 8 bolt pattern? does someone make adapters, I wouldnt mind having a set of 22.5 rims with some high mileage semi tires for when i go 3/4 ton and 33 or 35s

.....why?

that older chevy is pretty cool. much better tow rig... /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Ah h3ll ya foolio! you mean like this--->

Omg, that setup is sofa king we todd did! The clearance to the fenders is nil. I would assume that when the truck is loaded that it will squat enough to cause a catastrophic fender blow out. Also how much can you tow with that mickey mouse reciever? If you like it thats fine cause im not going to argue with you /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

It sure looks like who ever builds a truck like that is looking at form over function. And who wants to live somewhere that doesn't allow lifted trucks? /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

I saw a rig similiar at work the other day.
Some HOTTT chick in a late 80's sub with OTR truck tires under it drove by the job a couple times. Duals in the back on a rockwell and a d60 in the front.

What the hell do you do with duals on a sub?

THere's a company out in MD that makes 8 lug wheels for 3/4 and 1 ton GM/Dodge/Fords that uses semi tires. They look good, I saw them at SEMA.

that cummines crew cab is BEUTIFUL!!! oh id looove to have that thing! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
