Sold SOLD 1984 K5 Blazer Crawler

Nope I have said it many times myself. Just need to wheel it more regular and harder!

Glad to hear the rig may be sold hopefully it goes to one of the brotherhood.

Capt. Ron and I have a deal going. Cathy and I are happy that it is going to someone that will wheel it the way it was built for. I was afraid that it would end up at Elephant Butte Lake pulling boats out of the water and trucks out of the sand.

@Capt Ron

you pick this up yet? hopefully I can see it in person sometime :pimp1:
Not yet, my daily driver's transmission has been acting a bit funny lately and the thought of taking a 1000 mile round trip with it while towing a pretty good load does not give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. I gotta figure something out on that.:thinking:

You can rent a pickup truck and trailer, @Shawn did this to buy his military truck.

Yep. Enterprise truck rental off colfax rents 3/4 ton trucks and then you just get the larger uhaul car hauler. My m1008 barely fit on!

around 100 per day on truck and 55 on trailer

That has been a possible option floating around my head. I have a friend with a truck that is pretty dependable and if our schedules can align we might blast down and get it picked up the second weekend of August.

Hit us up on your way back through Pueblo if you got time. It would be cool to see it.

I am having a friend take me down in his Cummins and we should be heading back thru Pueblo about 6:30ish. Gonna have to play it by ear. It's gonna be a long day and we ain't as good as we once was when it comes to traveling.

I totally understand. Play it by ear. If not I'll be up in a couple of weeks anyway and can check it out at your place.
