If 67Chevy wants to buy it, let him go ahead. It would be a blessing in disguise if he does as I really don't need to keep digging myself deeper in debt. But if it falls thru with him, let me know. I've been talking with 2 friends today about a possible road trip, so your motor isn't out of the question yet. But don't hesitate to sell it if 67 wants it now.
 
Wes,DEMON,docjake. if 67 does not buy it remember I can pic it up for you and hold it till you plan a road trip. hell i still have DR. Morgensterns 57.:laugh:

say zepplin you interested in a trade for that '91 4l80e and vss np205 I have for sale. OEM harness, standalone controller, and guage cluster included.
 
are those recent pics or from 5 yrs ago? what would be the closest airport to fly into? i may could fly in & rent a uhaul and drive back if nobody else buys it?

That was me but I just backed out of the deal tonight. Just too damn far and I don't know what my timeframe looks like even for the next day.

Someone is getting a hell of a deal with this motor. I'm just sad its not me. :(
 
Your are next in line for the engine. It is still available.

The pictures were taken sometime in June of this year. The nearest airport is MBS International Airport in Freeland, MI. I can best be reached at [email protected]. I don't get to check this site that often but, I check my email every day. Talk to soon.
 
i'm still interested in this...i'm trying to figure out my best angle of approach...i can fly into that airport for @ $150, but a uhaul van back home is over a grand...i may fly in rent a van and put the engine on a pallet & truck frieght it home and then fly back..i'm waiting on a couple of freight companies to call me w/quotes...i want this engine...but uhaul is out of their minds!
 
i've been in the hospital so haven't been able to reply...if i can get zepplin to palletize this shortblock and box the other parts..i can have a freight company pick it up and bring it to me...i'm still not past the idea of flying up and putting the engine on a freight truck & fly back...i can't believe how much uhaul wants for a truck from there to here.
