I do have a shifter for the Ranger OD... I'm not sure how it was mounted though as the guy I bought it from didn't take any pics before disassembly. I wanted to rig up an air cylinder to shift it via a switch on the transmission shifter myself.
F.Y.I. The original Ranger overdrives used a two speed rear end switching motor-think two ton truck. I'm not sure how difficult it would be to adapt one to a later model. This was before they were bought out by Advance Adapters. Hope this helps.

If you look at the pic above and compare it to the current models (check advance adapters web catalog) you can see the version I have is setup for a linkage to the shifter rather than the shifter mounted directly on the rod that sticks out the side. Should be easier to use an actuator on my version than the new ones.
Anything can be shipped... only question is the cost. These were built kind of heavy. I'll check with a friend that has a business discount for truck shipping and get back to you.
