I spent the evening swapping out plugs and wires on the 454 in my K3500. Man what a job. 
But the good thing is it starts MUCH easier now and the idle is a lot smoother. On the road at freeway speeds I couldn't tell a huge difference but I did notice it when merging onto the freeway... at least according to the butt dyno.
Anyways I'm a noob on plug analysis so what do these look like? Just your average, everyday high mile thrashed plugs? I wasn't sure if they normally get this dark.
