So I have a virgin, as far as speaker holes, 86 3+3. It's currently got some (2.5"??) pioneer speakers in the factory dash spots and factory speakers (4x9"??) behind the rear seats. I have a multitude of speakers to put in. JBL 6x9's, 6.5's (non component), 4"'s (no grille) and a set of component tweeters.
I was thinking of putting the 6x9's in the front door, the 6.5's in the rear doors running off and amp. Run the factory dash located speakers with resistor thing magor (to cut the base) off the deck and the component tweeters in the upper rear coner of the cab off the deck.
Does that sound right or not? Any suggestions?
