So, im feeling pro-active today, and getting some work done on the truck. aka, spending money to have other people do stuff for my truck. in this case, having the IP and injectors tested and if needed rebuilt.
Im hoping the IP is fine, and will just need a good going over, but the injectors ive already decided to have rebuilt with newer style nozzles and fresh internal springs, and flow matched.
question is, does anyone here have any particular information that i should be aware of. The truck is getting a GM-3 turbo with mechanical wastegate, with ARP headstuds, and a new harmonic balancer. So im thinking i should at least have the injectors rebuilt to "marine" specs, to flow more fuel to match the airflow. I can manually turn up the pump if needed.
