Depends what kind of ride you talking about.
The block will keep your stock springs so ride will be the same, softer than any lift spring, but there is a risk of wheel hop or spring wrap if you plan on puting 38's

That works a lot of people do that to fight axle wrap and it doesn't affect the ride quality.

If you are going to spend that kind of money anyway, why not just get some high quality springs?

Also, a shackle flip gives you the same 4" as blocks with the same stock spring rate and is a much better idea IMO.

I have the helper spring and 4inch blocks now but the burban has that ass sag, so I need to redo it with something alittle higher

The ride will probably be a little rougher. I have a ORD 4" shackle flip and a zero rate. The zero rate gives me that extra 1" to combat arse sag and works great.
