spring perch setup

What tools are involved? I will be acquiring a 14 bolt this weekend and will have to put in a set of perches,I have a welder to tack them in. I will need to get an angle finder.

How do I set them up?

from a one ton? if its from a 3/4 it should bolt in.

and spring perches moved also on 1ton rear. if 3/4 ton if from 2wd might have to move them.
