Spring perches, pretty basic, but made in 3 widths (2", 2 1/2", & 2 3/4") & 4 axle diameters for a perfect fit and not a "good enough" fit. With 3 pin placement options and long enough to help in controlling axle wrap. I'm only going to show you 1 perch here, we make 8 different perches and are adding 2 more next week. Why so many? Because the perch should be made to fit the axle and the ubolt plate, you shouldn't be made to make it fit! :D

They are mostly 1/4" thick but we do have 2 Heavy Duty models 3/8" thick!

Strength, Quality, & Value! Words to live by.....

PM with pricing shipped to 98110. 14BFF application with 2.5" wide springs.

I'm going to say yes since it is here in BOLD. :D

Been a long day away from the computer.......

All of it spent in the shop......

Anyway, let me clear up a few things and answer a couple of questions.

First off we use the USPS Falt Rate boxes whenever possible so shipping on these is 9.45 and we can fit a bunch more in the box too.

All of our perches are $28 and we only take orders from our website, can't even begin to keep up with orders from PM's.

We actually make them for 5 axle diameters but 4" is not one of them, we make 3 3/8", 3 1/4", 3", 2 3/4", & 2 1/2". Sorry about the 4", we just can't make them for a fair price in the low quantities the 4" demand.

I think that answers them all, any more I might answer?

Any chance I can get these with a little extra height so i can ditch the zero rates?

Thx

I have thought of making a series that are taller.....

But it is a pretty big commitment, the way we make these (2-300 pair at a time) is the only way to make them affordable. The cost of making just a few is too high. How high would you guys like them? They are 7/8" off the axle to the spring mounting surface now.

I'll measure the height I'm at now with the zero rate on there tonight, but about 1" maybe 1 1/4" taller.

I understand about needing to make them in quantity, maybe if some others are interested as well??

I need to replace mine and would like to go with the longer perches to help the wrap a little, but with a zero rate on there it won't really help much, unless i get longer zero rate as well, hmmm...

thx

Wow talk about fast service I just ordered them thursday and they should up today!! My only question is why is the center pin hole so large? I thought it needed to fit snug?

The hole should be 17/32"

Do you have something different? When we started making these we made them 5/8" which was a misstake, long ago we changed them to 17/32" so they could fit over a standard 1/2" pin with 1/64" room. We sold all of the larger hole perches to 1 customer, or so I thought.....
