springs-short or long in front?

i have a pair of superlift springs for the front of my 88k5 and when i measured from the center pin to each of the eyelets one side was about and inch shorter than the other. Does the longer section go toward the front or the back of the truck? thanks

thats normal, just check your stockers and verify the longer end. I don't know without measuring, sorry.

More than likely, the short end to the front. I personally prefer the axle as far forward as possible.

They should be centered...but the spring eyes should be different with one much smaller than the other. The smaller spring eye goes to the rear, and it's smaller to keep it from hitting the frame when the shackle swings back.
