I started last march building my bluggy. I the frame was stripped of all it's worthless weight, and 510 lbs of tubing has replaced it. The fiewall was made from 16 GA sheet. I used the stock steering column, brake booster/master and moved them in 3", so the rig isn't so wide.

The design is my own, inspired by the formula toy and the scorpion.

I'm jealous. I wish my girl would help with my rig, or wear more thongs, or both.:D How long have you been at this?

It's hard to find a woman that's into trucks as much as her.:D :D

She was into it, until recently, she just wants to wheel, now
Plus, I've been in the shop, way to much, I need to give her some attention too.:wink1:

I like the bluggy, looks really good! Will it be a 2 or 4 seater?

I hear yah...
I've been cutting and notching tubing since july.

I've used 2-13 lb rolls of .030 wire
2 bottles of argon/co2 mix
5 saw blades for chop saw
10-20' lengths of 1 3/4" DOM steel tube.
1 4x8' 18 GA sheet
2- 23"x76" x 11 GA sheets

Now the interior needs to be completed.:doah:

Formula "Jimmy" chasis is what I'm calling it.:wink1:

It's 4" wider, 6" longer than the Hendrix chassis.
Also...it's boatsided.
