Has anyone ever had a fan clutch squeal. Whenever I start my truck after it's sat long enough to cool down, there's a squealing noise, kind of like a belt would make, and it goes away quickly and doesn't come back even revving the motor.
I've recently put in a serpentine belt setup. All new accessories, pulleys, idler, and tensioner. However the fan and clutch are junk yard parts. I know the clutch works because I've been under the hood when it kicks in, surprised me with the sudden movement of air.
Any thoughts?
